No Place Quite Like It

              faucets drip
                radiators rattle
              hinges creak
                dad’s in the saddle

              lights blink
                a/c blows
              stove’s aflame
                off mom goes

              shower’s cold
                 sister scolds
               true shalom
                 ~ happy home
