self, exist with the reality that things can be changed. self, gain courage, develop strength & wisdom will come in the process of knowing that one can never truly know enough--- one must always be learning. self, know that “surrender” eliminates focus, know that this world is how we make it, here, now, alone & together, without any metaphysical recourse. self, if there is to be a concept like “trust,” know that you must invest it in yourself first---know that each day is a step in your direction, be it an error to learn from or a successful move to hail & use to strategize the next. self, know that there is no need to “accept the things that cannot be changed,” if you truly don’t want to & you act on this premise.
