No More Sad Songs
Everything that's seen views on different terms
Not understanding how the other just won't learn
Mental perception in an emotional state
Arguing over nothing our sexes eternal fate
Logically thinking lets think this thing through
Knowing that it is something emotions never do
Thinking the other one is doing whatever it is
You think the faults hers, she says it's his
How can the exact same thing go misunderstood
Trying to figure it out won't do you any good
If only she could see things through my very eyes
If only he could stop hiding and telling his lies
All we can do is remember to look in ourselves too
For within ourselves are the answers that'll ring true
No more blaming or hunting to right your own wrongs
Because in the end all you'll be singing is sad, sad songs...
