No Meds

I was off my meds
And bouncing off the walls
Cops showed up, Maybe the feds
Said they'd received many calls
Yelling at people I didn't like
Nothing was said back, Good choice
My confused anger did spike
I made sure everyone heard my voice
Cops want to give me a vacation
"If you come you better come deep"
"I will let you feel my frustration"
Some will be injured, Most will weep
When they blinked with hesitation
I pulled a Houdini, And away I did creep

A better life through chemicals Jay, take some more pills, and lets hear the flip side...

Such a sad scenario Jay, mental illness is so misunderstood and when meds aren't taken it can have such a detrimental effect sometimes with devastating consequences. Hugs jan xx

Right you are Jan! In this type of situation, Understanding was not going to be an option. They didn't even care. Thanks for your understanding view.

Hi Jay, Your poem reminds me..I never want to mess with you! Anyway, I hope your week-end was okay. I like to listen to Willie Nelson on Sundays. That man can preach to me anytime. -Richard
