No Luck

HOPE FOR THE BEST PREPARE FOR THE WORSE IF YOU MESS UO IT WONT BE THE FIRST. LIFE HAPPENS TO ALL TO ALL A GOODNIGHT,IT WAS A HELL OF A FIGHT. YES I KNEW IT WHEN HE SAID JUST SCREW IT,MY MOTTO "JUST DO IT". DEEP FRY,TEAR IN MY EYE,CANT SAY WHY WE MULTIPLY,AS WE CHOOSE TO DENY AND STRIKE UP AN ALIBI. ITS NOT GOODBYE,JUST A PAUSE FOR THE CAUSE,FIND A CLAUSE,WIN THE BATTLE. I'LL NEVER TATTLE,BUT I TIPPED A CATTLE THE WHOLE HERD,MILDY UPSURD. GET ON TOP,GRIND THE BEEF,WHEN IN DOUBT,RHYME! YOU SAY YOU WON BUT STILL HAVE NONE,VICTORY CAME TOO LATE,SERVING ME HOT POTATOES ON A COLD PLATE. YOUR A RAGGA MUFFIN EVERYONE CAN SEE,EASY UPON MAN,WICKED UPON WOMAN. JUST AN OLD TIMER WHO APPEASES HIMSELF THROUGH EMPTY THOUGHTS. VOODOO VOODOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have a very unique style, Brandy. Enjoyed the part about tipping the whole herd of cattle. In the book "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living," author Dale Carnegie advises readers to "hope for the best and prepare for the worst." That way you can't lose. Thanks for sharing and welcome to Poetry Soup. Best Wishes, Carolyn
