No Love For Me
Here I lay in meditation
My thoughts are completely submersed
Knowing that when I awaken
My love life will only be worse
I have but 3 goals left
I’m sure to reach in time
It’s my dreams on missing out on
Leaving love behind
Many years have gone by
He still has my heart
I only have his name left
But we’re forever kept apart
I have made a lot of mistakes
For which I carry only one regret
Returning a single phone call
And his eyes upon which I met.
There is no past between us
It was again, love at first sight
To risk it all for a moment
Resisting with all my might
My faults are still there
I’m sure he’s got some too
Nothing in this world
Is keeping me from loving you
I will dream and wonder
All the rest of my days
Why you wanted to find me
And hurt me in so many ways.
