No Bull

I was trying to insure my car
But alas I didn’t get very far
When along came amber
With his flashing space camper
Demanding I go to the bar
I said for god’s sake
Will you give me a break?
I’m trying to insure my car

He said please hurry
There has been a flurry
Jeff got drunk at the bar
He punched Mr pompous
And kicked Mr self- righteous
We can’t control him at all
When we got to the bar
Jeff was in a police car
And no man was left standing at all
I said dearest Jeff
What caused this entire flurry?
He said don’t you worry
I stand for no bull*****at all

This is so good. I laugh and I laugh. I felt happy, and you put laughter back in my heart, thanks Elizabeth. What happen to Jeff, did he get out of jail? I guess he didn't take no bull at all. Thanks for this magnificent piece of writing. :-)

The car's still uninsured/and it's highly absurd/that Jeff wouldn't assist you at all/ For the car was struck by a truck/and you are now out of luck/because now it's to late for the call. Very fun poem you have here "No Bull". Enjoyed it Immensely.
