Nine
Nine Months
Not nine and a half
Still hurting
Broken heart
Nine Weeks
Not nine and a half
Too old for that
Too old by half
Nine Days
Not nine and a half
Still counting
I know it's daft
Nine Minutes
Not nine and a half
Tears flowed
To, fro and aft
Nine seconds
Not nine and a half
Writing these words
And now its past.
