Nights At Sea

I saw the end of a day sink under Neptune’s curtain.
Clashing an abundance of colors as if it was a magnificent battle waging in the
distance.

I witnessed the clouds swallow stars whole. Then reappeare in distaste.

I found myself looking at Venus as bright as the sun.
Standing out over clouds
Gleaming with a profound aura of beauty.
