Nightingale Sings

I am a Nightingale…
Singing a song of lavender dreams and hopes,
Under an ultramarine canvas
Blending turquoise sky and sapphire ocean,
Twilight moon flickering ribbons of love,
My audience - the pearlescent clouds, gleaming stars,
Souls with a poetic heart!

WoW! Mala, This is stunning. These lines stand alone in their beauty. I am compelled to read the poem that these lines were taken from. Good title, content, and imagery.Best wishes in the contest. Have a nice day-Alexis
