Night of the Evil Cast

The sky is grey, as dark as the soles of shoes Crows fly beyond the moon’s glow this evil night The moon has lost its power, paying its dues Surrounding the darkest house without its light Pumpkins that are carved light a pathway upwards Leads to a door cast with spells of evil wards Halloween’s tonight, trick or treating allowed Nothing left is good, safety is disavowed Russell Sivey

You make one feel scared to let kids prance about from door to door asking for candy... those last two lines are just plain eerie. You really get in the spirit of the holiday don't you? I enjoyed your pen, with it's effortless rhyme.

Hi my very good old friend, oh Russell. I missed you and was so worried about you, as I passed a few times to see if you are writing again. I feel you are a little bit not ok, is anything wrong my friend?. Sad but as usual the master in writing. Bless you , hope to hear from you. Love Terry xoox

Happy Halloween. A great one here for the holiday... PS. Dragon was first written in 2-25-2013 in 'Kiss The Rain'. I will kep him at 2 years old because it makes him cute, mischevious... and always in trouble... yet a child so easily forgiven... Hoppe the stories don't run out.
