Night Gone Crazy
NIGHT GONE CRAZY
It started with small talk,
Went to a call here and there,
‘Would you mind lunch’, he said
A few lunches would do no harm,
Besides a girl has to eat.
She’s down to the second drink,
This being their third date,
She’s now at ease and having a good time,
Even warming up to him,
It seems like this is going to be an uneventful night.
At least that’s what she thought,
Until she saw her walk in,
Agitated, eyes popping out with rage,
Through the candle lit room that’s what she could see,
No one is going to ruin my dress, she thinks.
Since she has been in such a situation before, she dashes out,
Looking behind she can see both of them coming after her,
She increases her pace, they do the same,
Luck not being on her side she trips and falls,
They are standing over her.
She can hear hysterical laughs,
She squints her eyes to get a closer look,
‘You should have seen yourself the way you took off’
‘Damn girl I almost broke my legs,’ she says
It was only her crazy friend and boyfriend.
She walks back to the restaurant really embarrassed,
‘I’m sorry could we just get out of here?
This night has been a mess, ‘she says
‘I don’t agree, at least I saw you take off in heels,
But you shouldn’t worry, I only want to dine and go out with you,’ he whispers
