Night Dive (From a Bird's Perspective)

With an ebony plunge in the sea tonight
With the sky in a rage and fit to be tied
emerging opacity sleeps in my eyes-
clouds to be burned at the seams
WIth a storm iron grey on the tip of my tongue
With wings, liquid wings as I take the plunge
emerging with silver flips licking my mouth-
on a night of insatiable hunger.
