I wish I could get a deep sleep...sighhh! 4 or 5 hours broken sleep is the best I can muster. Mind you...it has its compensations. Well put, Rose. :) john

It's true, Vie. Like a baby that gets fussy when they stay up to long, we tend to fight a losing battle when going to bed when we are exhausted. We doing enter into the deep sleep that heals and helps us. Be careful, losing the battle inside can lead to a downward spiral and depression, my friend. Powerful two line you share with us today.
