Night Breeze

Gazing at the stars
in a beautiful night sky,
she feels the silent wind
slowly passing by.

As the cool gentle breeze
caresses her skin,
it ruffles her dress
again and again.

As the waves from the ocean
cover the sand,
the wind sways her hair
as she brushes it with her hand.

She stands with a smile
in the light of the moon,
hoping the breeze
will come back soon.
