Night
Night
The night is so strong it pulls you in like a shark into the deep water
You can’t just dip your feet in because it cries primordial order
Places in your mind are still until darkness is your midnight caller
Enter in to it with good intentions but everything becomes closer
Look at it and it gives no answers and you slowly want to talk but you don’t bother
It touches you when you sleep and whispers nightmares and when you wake all you see is darkness the Governor
You can’t escape you silly little boy because no matter how big and strong you are the night owns your bones for proffer.
