Nida's Web, Rhyme

Beauty from within a web of silk a spider spins
Wrinkled and old a wealth of knowledge, behold
Slow down smell the flowers the meek with such power
Nida's web spun so nice with the love of Jesus our Christ
Born once, then again with faith love and hope in him

I hope you had a nice vacation. I have taken a break from writing poetry for the moment. I read other peoples posted poems from time to time. But, I have been working on a children's picture book I began 20 years ago. I know it is a long shot to get a picture book published, seeing it is a very competitive field, but nothing ventured nothing gained. It is so good to hear from you again. Best wishes CayCay.

I had to read this twice to get the full meaning, and full it is. You said much about the universe and its Creator in such a short write. I have clicked over to read you before and saddened to see you hadn't written in a bit - are you quitting? I hope not. Thank you for the sweet message, Michael. I've been on vacation so I'm late responding - and with everything else in my life! All the best ... CayCay
