I keep stepping forward
I don't know what's ahead.
I take a deep breath and tucked my fears away.
I gave my anxiety a break.
All I know is what I feel
and what I feel is
love.
As calmness courses through my veins
and peace overwhelms me
I shiver
there's those goosebumps
reminding me how alive I am.
Hand over my heart
there's that beat of mine.
reminding me how in the moment I am.
My eyes water
there's those tears.
I release
I affirm
Here I am, it's all going to be just fine.
