New World

New World

Reborn here now without baggage,
By cause of a future passage,
That has thus far been forgotten,
Gone as if a bad illusion.

Reborn here now without baggage,
They regard me as a savage,
Despite us having the same home,
Where we lived a lifetime alone.

Reborn here now without baggage,
I struggle with lack of knowledge,
Against this world I do not know,
With the people who seem to glow.

Reborn here now without baggage,
A new life I can envisage,
Where myself will remain alive,
For all the ones who couldn’t survive.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
