New Things

I can learn new things. Although nothing comes to mind. Except maybe that math class I failed. I dropped out of college a few days later. I can learn new things, new things… I remember learning how to swim. I could have gone down the big slide. But that didn’t come to mind at the time. I can learn new things. Even though I’m 28 years old. I bought a cake from the store. I could bake a cake. But it always tastes horrible. As if someone poured salt into it. And there’s no one who can tell me why. I can learn new things. Like repairing a roof. Or making ice cream. Or steering a boat across the ocean. I can learn new things. I still believe that.
