"new Steps"

Aging through a driving storm...
Standing strong and never warned...
Taking cover when its too much...
Leaving a trail for those I've touched...
The pathway through an open field...
Hold my hands I'll be your shield...
We will make a song for all to hear...
Walk with me and have no fear...
My light will shine to a staircase of dreams...
We can sit and write as each word will beam...
Never fear for these steps are new...
My smile will glow from my heart to you...
