New Songs of Light

We walk down paths
         previously untrod
Dancing lightly on the earth
   we come to the conclusion 
that the dark angel 
        has decided to leave 
us in peace
So, for a little while 
     we'll beat back 
the savage winds of winter
By moving towards warmer ground
    Like flocks of migrating 
bird  
    We seek peace
     We also seek 
Something called JOY -We have not forgotten that 
  And we never will

Your words hold such truth -'JOY-We have not forgotten that and we never will' Each human heart seeks joy no matter what station of life we're in.
