New Experiments
I washed away all dryness.
All chalky memory.
All weaker flames.
Crawling through my dark
I made mistakes and more mistakes.
I was lit through slitting swirls of the wonders of all mothers.
I was taken into broad, green laughter.
Creeping towards the source
I felt the warmth on my own face
And saw a world to be unashamed of.
I made mistakes
And have returned to recount them.
This foreign sound, decoding, from my tongue
Of Love's Ancient Glory.
These new experiments
I have sought.
