New Day

new dawn in sight
                                      peaceful and bright

                            my heart leaps with joy and delight
                               visioning lovely days our way
                              joining friends and family may
                             occur soon - erasing dark night

                                visioning lovely days our way,
                              dream enlivens weary with hope
                          no more gloominess, don't you mope
                                   live life merrily every day

                                        new dawn in sight
                                 visioning lovely days our way
                               we are more than ready to cope 
                                   live life merrily every day
                                        peaceful and bright
