New Beginnings

We think of these only at New Years Eve at midnight.
How terribly wrong we are!
Each sunrise is a day of fresh might.
With the setting of the last twinkling star.

Reborn, each morning you are.
Yesterday is but history.
Today you are its brightest star.
You are today’s glory and mystery.

Each poem you pen,that you measure
No, its not condescension.
Gems from your heart that we treasure.
You lift us to another glimmering soul
dimension!

Ann thank you for faving this 2022 approaches the West Coast. Thank you for being there for me, when many left! You even FAVED IT. We both know... Attitude is primary. Each day, I have to motivate myself to walk. I made a decision it hadto be done. I remake it each morning, too. With poetry same thing. For me it is everyday or else. I dont use” my muse is on vacation” anything can make me write. I say.. if you are breathing,,,,write!..i wrote at 2am with a broken leg in a hospial.))) icall that motvation, not malarkey!
