I found a Jinn one day, she grants a wish they say-- three times actually-- speak cautiously; she may take you factually! I found a Jinn one day, she struck me like a spray of gold-tinged midnight sky, she had to my dimsay a mostly time worn eye. I found a Jinn one day; I could not stay away. I did not ask for gold, nor ever growing pay, or never to grow old. I found Jinn one day I saw she must obey, this old man's fervent wish, that she would just array herself in mortal bliss. absolutely creative at every turn. I enjoyed each line. Are you an "X Files" fan? When they first aired, I never missed an episode...a mindboggling series. Enjoy your evening, Sara

Thank you. I never watched X Files until a few months ago. It's streaming on Hulu. I am enjoying it. I don't know why I avoided it for so long.

Dear Chetta, What a magical journey of discovery and desire. Your verses spin a tale of encountering a Jinn, navigating wishes with caution, and choosing the profound over material. The imagery of a gold-tinged midnight sky and the yearning for mortal bliss add layers of enchantment to your poem. It's a captivating poem that wishes hold the power to shape our deepest joys. Loved it! - Blessings, Daniel
