Never Too Late For Tears

It’s never too late for tears
Whether loss is sudden or expected
Expression of sorrow knows no clock
The process of grief is subjective
No judgment to declare
The first tear shed, even the last
Is our own to cry

- So true, Mike :"Expression of sorrow knows no clock" ... the sorrow can come at any time - For example; after someone's death ... the sorrow can come a long time afterwards - a friend of mine lost his wife ... it went six months before he cried - let the tears come a great poem - hugs // Anne-Lise :)

Thank You, that is exactly what happened to me, I wondered why I did not/could not cry and then weeks later, the tears flowed. xxoo

How often it's been said that a good cry makes you feel better, how true that is Mike. Tom.
