Never Put Your Trust In Them

A wizard can turn silver
into glimmering gold
and amaze us with his magic;
a fortuneteller reveals
what's sad and tragic
as days slowly unfold!

Never put your trust in them
to find Heaven and Hell,
even delusion won't offer a gem;
hear the sound of the loud bell!

Be held by arms stronger
than a castle's walls,
it's the escape of passionate lovers
when all crumbles around them;
didn't the gypsy see any hope
in their horoscope?
Didn't worry raise the alarm?

Everyone goes through times
of desperation,
they need deep meditation
to survive another
harsh conflict;
shouldn't all put up the fight?

Never put your trust them
to find Heaven and Hell,
even delusion won't offer a gem:
hear the loud sound of the bell!
