I always think people are nice until they aren’t. Most are nicer in person than on the phone. Real meanness comes out in texts or other writing. If you have a problem with someone go see them If there is a pandemic pick up the phone If you have an I-phone face time them If you do not at least speak to them on the phone. Never Never Never Never Never put anger into written words. It comes across as much more hostile and unkind than it was ever meant to be.
