Mala: You have sparked my interest to read this book. I used to read a lot of science fiction. The funny thing is most science fiction eventually becomes true. LOOK at how AI is advancing so rapidly. What is everyday to us now would have seemed like magic a few hundred years ago. SuZ

I agree with advances in science but not when men try to play God. Re cloning or genetic tampering. . The myth of Pandora’s Box was told for a reason.

Thank you, Suz! So glad to see your comment. I wasn’t really a lover of science fiction - but Kazuo Ishiguro’s books have sparked that interest in me. This story is all about clones, but the human element in the end touched my soul. Thanks again for your thoughtful comment - now we are buddies in science fiction.

Very famous book by Ishiguro - Japanese-British Nobel-laureate author. This is one of his best books - science-fiction.
