Apart and apart and faraway
Until we meet again one day
I'll be waiting, open arms for warm embracing
I am your safe place through the changing season, you are my reason

I am your giver, I am your keeper, I am your truth, I am your believer
I gave you life, my life to you, for you
You are my heart, my soul, my flesh, my blood

I am your whisper of inspiration, your hugs and kisses
I am your eyes, your ear, your shoulder, I am your voice, I am your boulder, you are my blessing

Apart and apart of you and of me so together forever we can be
And keep me with you, I will protect you, I will be here forever for you, anything for you, you are my world
