Never Forgotten

Tears still drop memories replayed heart string pulling old still new
For the heart knows no better for the taste is bitter alone
Time heals all wounds so they say still rock the scare that represents
A past so deeply rooted to stay even when no longer present
To touch and feel a ghost that roams along my heart that pleads
For peace to rest and sleep to not forget to not let go but let be
Peacefully remembering a kind and caring soul that stole apart of me
That floats above a flood broken tears that no one hears no matter the
Years past our how fast time fly you still i still stay reminded i had a love
Not perfect but one that lasted and print his love in my heart for ever more
