Never Fool Yourself

You can fool whomever For some time.. for ever.. But never, please, never, yourself! I see those crowds With walking dead minds Of people who betrayed themselves.. For honor or profit, For vanity coffin They gave up the only they had.. They live in illusions Prudent, sober, usual, Believin’ in what can’t understand.. They want live for ages Because fear death. Just Remaining in any kind ‘f crap. What for?? Never ask that To get soft brain answer And sunk into the mental swamp..

This topic is very much apart of me, I feel a life that is not real is a life that is wasted. You must live as the one person you will always live with: yourself - not an organization or group, not the society rule makers, well - you get it. Only real can really grow. I enjoyed this and apologize for over agreeing, I must not have been able to help it! Poetry hugs ... CayCay

I had forgiven myself for allowing the moments of bitterness and despair as a part of living experience. The sense of happiness may shine brighter to the eyes that know the darkness. Yes, I got what your point. Feeling blessed meeting you here and many more real sincere people on my way. Grateful for you attention to my poem(s..), my dear C. Hugs
