Never Ending Halls
The doors are closing rapidly,
the lights are sparking out,
random glass shattering beneath my feet,
but i run, too scared to call out in pain,
in the darkness i hold the walls,
to keep from falling on my knees,
but the walls nip and shriek and try to bite me,
im feeling quite like alice,
when shes falling down that hole,
only im running down this dark hall,
and i've got no place in mind to go,
theres demons walking quietly,
that trace the heat from my step,
they follow me to tourcher me,
before i can escape this trap,
his eyes are dark and deadly,
they hold a devilish smile,
his hands are in my hair,
grabbing at me to hold me here all the while,
his body is too hot,
it burns and melts my skin,
but once my flesh grows back,
the scars he leaves will only be within,
i see his shadow in the hallway,
a face that wears his mask,
who has decided to tourcher me,
as i walk my daily path,
his name is in my nightmares,
hes satanic to the bone,
the one that stole my innocence,
and yet hes free to roam,
the doors are smashing closed,
leaving me no escape,
and these demons are approaching,
keeping me trapped at this gate,
the bars freeze beneath my fingers,
as i try to shake them loose,
but they wont open and let me free,
no, im a prisoner no matter what I do,
Im falling to the ground, of this hallway in the dark,
if I had angel's wings, they'd be broken, ripped and burnt,
who says I deserve this hell, this hell that I call life,
with memories of a rapist, stealing my every right,
i tried to scream, and yet i try again,
as the demons consume my soul, and leave me for the dead.
