Never wear red with pink, my mother cautioned in every way, Do not wear blue with black or white jeans after Labor Day. Only three colors to a room is the most pleasant to an eye. But today I happened with my brilliant artist eye to spy…. A woman in a gorgeous red and pink outfit; she was fancy and smart. Svelte and fashionable looking, she was wearing clothing as art. I realized then that all color combinations can work in some way. All it takes is imagination, and a willingness to do a bit of play.
