Never Be the Same
Nothing hard, just tell me the truth if you can.
My heart's on my sleeve, while blood is on your hand.
I'll never be the same, no more an ordinary man
And while I watch time passes, so does my plan.
I was dead, buried six feet under your spell.
It was cold, the fiery-ice, like I was in hell.
But I learned how to conquer, by believing in myself
You're like them, maybe worse, only time could tell.
Now I'll be free I'll learn to fly again
Soaring higher than I've ever been.
Then I'll fall as free and beautiful as rain
A sign of change, now, I'll never be the same.
