Negativity

The shooting star
That shone so bright
What is your will
In this lonely night

Bring those who wish
And in false hope
They wait around
Only to mope

Shadows are cast
And soon will fade
Ideas rising fast
What is new to be made?

When all hope is lost
What is there left?
Hopelessness turns to anger,
war, and theft

But is there hope
Beyond these shining stars
We reach new bounds
Light years beyond mars

Glad there's hope. I enjoyed that.
