Needle and Thread

Tell me
why
I have to weave
A rainbow of dreams
To keep you happy
When,
for once, you should be happy
With
 the tangle of life
But,
 everyone gets caught up
In their own spider webs
And,
remember, you can’t grow
to your full potential in a cocoon
Now
Sew your own quilt of happiness
To keep out the cold
So
When you have that finished
We may share it together
