My attitude is nearly always upbeat
Perhaps 'cause I start my day with Shredded Wheat
Goes straight to my soul
Makes me yell skoal
Great to be alive as I kick up my feet

Great Jack Paul Newmans is the safest one to eat my friend. Avoid GMO cprn anything with soy or canola oil. Poison also they put heavy metals in the cereals check out your cereal after you put it in milk with a magnet you will see or go to youtube and google cereal with iron in it. Roundup is what they are spraying our crops with. We have the highest cancer rate in the world. Population control. Your country banned the red color in cherry pies cancer causing McDonalds still serves it here.

It's almost to the point we can't eat anything!!! Oh well I made it to 80 with all that bad stuff so there you go!!!
