No current!
No water!
People can live without current,
But, can't live without water.
It wasn't our dream,
To be engulf by darkness.
We don't have ever ice cream,
To cool down our stress.
Gambia voted for change,
When we had decided,
We speak in one language.
Now we had regretted.
Only talking with no action,
Hamper development of our nation.
Only peace and justice bring unity,
Not fighting for leadership.
Leaders should pampered humanity.
But, not to discard the friendship.
Greedy people and corruption,
Don't bring back happiness,
Is ruin our nation.
We said year of no stress.
You should balance the equation,
As we are living in sadness and darkness.
Your action is the reflection of your intention,
Your on and off is madness.
As you never provide provision,
To developed our nation.
NAWEC bring back our current!
And, bring back our water!
