Nature's Wrath
volcano glowing
nature’s grandeur dominates
clouds meet fiery smoke...
...declared tourist's fave
attracting marvelously
wondrous Taal volcano*...
...now raging with flames
spewing out toxic ashes
it grievously hurts...
...warned of its great wrath
I trust the Lord Who controls
Creator so wise!*
*Taal Volcano in our country, the Philippines is now active.
**Romans 16:27 To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.
The first three lines were written on December 9, 2019 as haiku with the title, "Nature's Grandeur."
