Nature's Valley

So many acres of the greenest grass
Sparkling from the mornings dew
A million stars reflecting the sun's first light
Flowers of red, yellow and blues
Shake the green shells to greet the new day
A lonely bee kisses each flower in turn
Taking food back to its have so many miles away
Birds chirp in the trees as the babies awake
Hungry and naked they call to their parents
This is the world that Mother Nature has created
This is the world that man has overlooked
Nature's beauty seen in a single field
Unnoticed and untouched
It thrives as the world turns on its axis
Everlasting and never-ending
The field will remain

I always love your beautiful places...they calm me ...but then each poem stirs me in some way...always this I never doubt, I am blessed to be able to read it!
