Natures Touch
As I lay in a hammock ‘neath the stars
I marvel at God’s spectacular world
In this peaceful scene I’m free of loud cars;
I saw a oak leaf as it twirled and twirled
Then I noticed puffy clouds as they swirled
Next the restless wind brushed my eager cheek,
Feeling whole partaking of nature’s touch
When I’m here, I forgot about my week
It’s a serene space that I love so much
Here I let go things that may be a crutch
