Whenever your mind is overcome with tension
And the pressures of life surround you everywhere
Relax and enter into calm meditation
And patiently await your burdened mind to clear
Calm meditation is Nature's medication
It releases all stresses and sets the mind free
Through it, you can rediscover your connection
With the grand all pervading cosmic energy
This energy is the source of our being
It helps to empower and make us what we are
So no matter what ordeals you may be facing
Know that finally you shall certainly conquer
