Nature's Decay and Rebirth
"Flowers fade and decay through wintry hours- waiting for rebirth."
Quote by - Constance La France
Does mute meditation mean death?
Doesn't calmness flow in each breath?
Though seeds in the womb of the earth seem dead
Life-roots around them spread.
Hearing the Time's clarion call
Leaves in autumn wither and fall.
New leaves, as though new generations, sprout.
Amidst an inner drought
The summer sun scorches the blooms.
He doesn't spare the little plumes.
Doesn't the monsoon in his poise arrive?
Don't that seem dead revive?
Winter makes the flora dormant.
Nature puts on a warm garment.
Doesn't the spring wake creatures from their sleep?
Don't the beasts gladly leap?
Birth and death are a course, we know.
It's in a flux. In it we flow.
Till we reach the zenith of existence
With earnest persistence
