Natures Caretakers
Tiny faeries in snapdragon beds,
crying, wailing to be fed,
on the nectar brought by bees,
from the nearby hills of green.
Tiny newborns with great hair,
will learn to walk, with great care.
They’ll flit and fly to worlds unseen,
by human eyes, when they are weaned.
They’ll grow to care for all the flowers,
while they live in invisible towers.
Deep within an emerald wood,
these tiny faeries, will do much good.
Though beware, don’t interfere,
or they’ll be forced to bring a tear.
Faerie folk must do their duty,
to bring out Spring’s enchanting beauty.
