Nature the Destroyer

rivers of lava
flowing down the mountainside - -
a chained guard dog howls

ancient volcano
erupting lava again - -
screaming tourists run

That has got to be such a nightmare,Jack. tragic fear and suffering of many for many reasons. Don't care to experience one of them close up and personal !

Yes, Jack, I agree that this would be a terrifying thing to go through! If I were one of the tourist, say like at Hawaii, I would be running as well! This looks to be a perfect write for PD's glorious contest! Good luck in the contest! Awesome Work!!

A chilling scenario, Jack. Nature is usually associated with the creation of beauty -- plants, animals, etc. But Ma Nature can rebel and I hope someone unchains that dog!! Winning wishes for you in PD's contest. Love, Carolyn
