Nature In Spring

Trees and shrubs are slowly waking, showing new growth and buds Crocuses and daffodils are pushing up through the snow and ice Snow is melting and the grounds are thawing into fresh mud Eagles and hawks are out soaring in the sky looking for mice Goldfinches feeding on seed are appearing more yellow and bright Spring is a great time to enjoy all of nature's new delights 3/30/19 Writing Challenge 6, 6 Lines Contest Sponsor: Dear Heart
