Nature and I

Nature and I
are alike,
What's in her
Is in me:

The fire,
The water,
The air,
The earth;

We create,
We destroy.

Eternity
in her bosom,
Creation
in her womb,
She resurrects herself
every spring,

Why do I die?

(An Afterthought)

Do I indeed die?

What do I become
When I die?

Fire?
Air?
Water?
Earth?

I'll be one with Nature!
