Nancy`s Long Journey To Heaven

Through the clouds
toward the bright light.
The gates of Heaven
are in sight.
No more sadness
no need to roam.
No more earth
Heaven`s my "forever home."
The angelic choir sins
my favorite hymns.
Saint Peter comes over
to let me in.
I look at the
streets of gold.
in the distance God`s mansion I behold.
God calls me
he knows my name.
I`m so happy now
no more pain.
out stretched arms he
welcomes me home.
"well done my daughter
I`m glad your home."
